Connected Industry

The logistic market is highly fragmented. It is about time to join forces. Together, we'll bring automatisation and new business logics to the Supply Chain. Together, we'll achieve Swarm Logistics - fully connected, smart & green!

Common Protocol

The decentralised transaction protocol +D enables data exchange amongst the different protagonists. Contract automation along the Supply Chain is realised in combination with key technologies such as Blockchain, IoT & AI.

Consortium

+D is being developed by industry partners as well as selected Service Providers, Startups and Public Authorities. Common pilot projects amongst the diverse consortium members provide the basis for growth of this shared infrastructure.

Pilot

In a first pilot project +D asked: “How can conditions of the transport & insurance contract (e.g. required quality of the goods) be used to automatically trigger actions such as payments and ratings?”. The actual job involved a transport of temperature-controlled chemicals from the shipper in Ludwigshafen to the recipient in Hildesheim. Involved parties were a chemical company, Imperial Logistics as Freight Forwarder and Allianz ESA as Carrier. The real-time tracking of the temperature conditions was realised by IoT experts from the technology start-up Evertrace, Berlin.
